For cancellations after full payment is made or during your stay, we make every attempt to re-book the property, and where possible we will refund the difference. Rates Accommodation rates and conditions are subject to change without notice. Bookings made 3 months or more ahead of time will be adjusted prior to arrival should the rate change. All rates are in Australian Dollars. All rates include Goods and Service Tax unless indicated otherwise. Rates are for accommodation only unless indicated otherwise. A surcharge may apply depending on the number of persons and/or the number of children being accommodated. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.
