Located in a quiet, prestigious residential area opposite Rosalie Park and beautiful Kings Park, 10 min drive to CBD, 5 min drive to Swan River and UWA.  Stylish living suitable for executives, consultants and holidaymakers who want to fully enjoy their stay in Perth and at the same time feel at home right on arrival.

Accommodation consists of a queen bed in master bedroom and twin share in the second bedroom.  There is also an occasional bed in the master bedroom that would comfortably sleep a child.

200m away, the Onslow Road shopping center has all the amenities needed for your stay with a supermarket, liquor store, post office, bakery, pharmacy, coffee shop & video/dvd hire, takeaway food and a highly acclaimed restaurant - Galileo.

Excellent public transport choices with a bus stop nearby heading to the University of Western Australia, the hospitals,  Perth City, Claremont, Cottesloe beach, Fremantle, Challenge Stadium, Subiaco Oval and much more.  The Perth to Fremantle train station is at the end of Onslow Road.

Visiting Perth hospitals?
This property is walking distance to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and  Hollywood Private Hospital, and very near to Princess Margaret Hospital, King Edward Memorial Hospital, Shenton Rehabilitation Centre and St John of God Hospital (Subiaco).
