	Description: An attractive and roomy one bedroom apartment with a new kitchen, a separate queen size master bedroom and a sunroom providing a second bedroom or study space.  There is a share laundry and outdoor courtyard dining area in the complex. Walking distance to the University of Western Australia. This apartment is situated walking distance from the Swan River in the heart of the Crawley UWA precinct, close to the hospitals, Perth city and the Hamden Road restaurants.  Kings Park is only 5 minutes away by car. Accommodation consists of one queen bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the sunroom. Private off street parking for 1 car. This is a privately owned residential complex.
Location and transport: Excellent public transport choices. Buses pass nearby heading to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Subiaco, Perth City, Fremantle and much more.  No need for a car at this location. Walking distance to the University of Western Australia which is practically on the doorstep, the Royal Perth Yacht Club and Matilda Bay. Shopping Conveniences Broadway Fair Shopping Centre is a 2 minute walk away and provides a 7 day supermarket, post office, newsagent, cafes, takeaway food and banking.  The Hamden Road restaurant district also a quick walk away.
