	Description: A modern 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in quiet location opposite Mueller Park with a great kids playground, so central to Subiaco, Leederville and the city with the West Leederville train station just a few minutes walk away.  This apartment also comes complete with a large private courtyard and garden area.  There is a communal BBQ area and spa for the enjoyment of guests. Accommodation consists of king bed or twin share in the master bedroom,  twin share in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge room. Secure undercover parking provided for 2 cars.
Location and Transport: There are two commercial centres very nearby - Oxford Street in Leederville and Subiaco Centro - both have all the amenities needed for your stay - with a 7 day supermarket, liquor store, post office, bakery, pharmacy, coffee shop & video/dvd hire, takeaway food and Cinemas. Excellent public transport choices with the West Leederville train station just a quick walk away. There are just two stops to Perth City, or in the other direction - Subiaco, Claremont, Cottesloe beach, Fremantle, and much more. Need accommodation near hospitals ?
