This is a smart and roomy one bedroom apartment in a peaceful location. Located 5 minutes from the Perth CBD, and with convenient access to West Perth, Subiaco, Nedlands, Crawley and the University of Western Australia. Accommodation consists of king bed or twin share in the bedroom,  and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge room. Off street parking available for 1 car.
