	Description: This freshly redecorated  three bedroom townhouse is situated just behind the Windsor Cinema in Nedlands, making it a terrific location for tourism, business and university or hospital related stays.  This townhouse also comes complete with outdoor entertaining deck and BBQ, and a small walled garden and lawn area.  Located in the heart of Nedlands, across the road from the Captain Stirling shopping center with  travel agent, French patisserie, hair and beauty, chemist, fish and chips, news agency, bakery, doctors surgery Post office and IGA 7 day supermarket. Next door is the Captain Stirling Bar and Restaurant and the Windsor Cinema.  Transport options abound with the bus stop virtually at the front door heading into Perth City or to Fremantle in the other direction.   Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood hospitals are minutes away, and the University of WA is just up the road. Accommodation consists of king bed or twin share in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom upstairs, bunk beds and office desk in the third bedroom downstairs and sofa bed in the lounge room. Undercover parking provided.

We loved the decor - all very comfortable.
