	Description: This is a modern and stylish one bedroom, two bathroom, two storey executive apartment with office and balcony.   Cloisters is located in the heart of Subiaco and is ideal for tourism, business and hospital related stays.   This is an unbeatable location with Subiaco's vibrant Rokeby Road shopping precinct only meters away, offering something to cater for all tastes: pubs, cafes, restaurants, fashion, markets and theatres.  There is also a bus stop outside offering direct access to the city. Accommodation consists of a queen bed in the master bedroom upstairs and a sofa bed in the lounge room downstairs. Secure undercover parking provided for two cars. Broadband and Foxtel included.
Reviews: I must say that I was 100% satisfied with the apartment.  The location is great for me being so close to our Perth office, as well as being in a very good and respectable neighborhood, with many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores in the area.  Also, it is only a quick 5 minute walk to the train station from the apartment.  As for the apartment itself, I found it to be very spacious, clean, and well furnished to  make me feel quite comfortable and at home during my stay.  Definitely a better alternative to staying at a hotel" Ryan Waram - December 2010 Ten out of ten for a comfortable modern accommodation fully equipped with all the amenities -fabulous location in the heart of Subiaco close to the train, shops, and markets!  We'll be back! The Crossways shopping center is literally across the road and has all the amenities needed for your stay with an extended hours supermarket, liquor store, post office, bakery, drycleaner, newsagent, pharmacy & coffee shop.  Car hire walking distance away.  There is also an ATM and continental deli.  Keep walking and you can enjoy great cafes, high fashion and many highly acclaimed restaurants along Rokeby Road.
