Luxuriously renovated 3 bedroom villa which has been expertly furnished to a very high standard.  Luxury kitchen & bathroom, super outdoor dining area with BBQ and an Xbox 360, games & DVD's to keep the kids busy.

Located in a quiet, prestigious residential area a short stroll to the river or shops.  15 min drive to Perth city center.   Stylish living suitable for executives, consultants and holidaymakers who want to fully enjoy their stay in Perth and at the same time feel right at home .

Accommodation consists of king bed in the master bedroom,  double bed in the second bedroom and twin share in the third bedroom. Undercover parking provided for 2 cars.

The Sanctuary is a lovely place to stay both for a holiday or as in our case as the first point of call during a company relocation. The accommodation is immaculate and everything that you could need is provided even down to bird food should you wish to feed the local parrots etc.

The location has proved to be ideal for us as a new migrant family having a number of local shops and cafes within 5 minutes walk, easy access to public transport, and within 20 minutes drive of both Fremantle and the CBD.
All in all a lovely place to stay."
